After escaping Mumbai, the Kadam family winds up in a small village in France where they open an Indian restaurant directly across the street from a highly rated, upscale eatery run by the haughty Madame Mallory (Helen Mirren). A rivalry naturally develops, but what will happen when the Kadam's second-oldest son Hassan (Manish Dayal), an extremely gifted chef, goes to work for the competition?
