A young student (Kim Hunter, in her film debut) at a boarding school leaves campus and travels to Greenwich Village looking for her missing sister (Jean Brooks), and uncovers a deadly devil-worshipping cult. But her new knowledge has deadly consequences, as the cult sentences her to become "The Seventh Victim." With Hugh Beaumont, Tom Conway, and Lou Lubin; directed by Mark Robson ("Bedlam"). Also includes "Shadows in the Dark: The Val Lewton Legacy," a documentary look at how the producer's '40s RKO tenure changed the face of screen horror. 124 min. total. Standard; Soundtrack: English Dolby Digital mono; Subtitles: English, Spanish, French.
