Loosely based on a true story, this creepy thriller focuses on a mysterious hooded murderer who terrorized Texarkana, Arkansas, in 1946. The beating and torture of two young lovers kicks off a series of bizarre and grisly attacks in the rural town, leading a Texas Ranger and a sheriff's deputy on a desperate search to bring the killer to justice. Andrew Prine, Ben Johnson, Dawn Wells star. Also includes a DVD version of the film and a DVD version of "The Evictors" (1979), which follows a young couple's ordeal as they move to a small Louisiana village only to find that the locals will stop at nothing to drive them away.
