A motley group of addicts attend a rehabilitation program at an isolated farm to get sun, relax and consume the drugs and alcohol they smuggled in. Unfortunately and unbeknownst to them, the farm is infested with zombies and these aren't your usual slow moving, lumbering zombies. These blood suckers run fast! This remote rehab resort turns into a deadly prison as they discover they're trapped inside the grounds with no escape. And Bert, who runs the facility, is less than no help, trying to organize things while intoxicated himself. Ethan is there to recover from his drug addiction and escape his girlfriend who introduced him the drugs in the first place. Relentlessly, his girlfriend follows him to the rehab facility to win Ethan back and return him to his old way of life They must join together to fight off the zombies while getting to the bottom of the infestation... and what or whom is controlling it.
