In the spirit of "Basket Case" comes this hilariously offbeat comedic horror tale. Put-upon accountant Duncan (Ken Marino) is shocked to learn that his persistent stomach pain is caused by an intestine-dwelling demon who pushes his way out of a particularly sensitive area to dispatch anyone who causes Duncan stress. Dubbing his new "friend" Milo in an effort to bond with him, Duncan must try to keep Milo's murderous rage in check by remaining calm.
