An aging French gigolo (writer/director Jacques Nolot) struggles with the complications of his HIV-positive status in this frank, intimate drama. Penning his memoirs helps him face some of his personal demons even as his financial security takes a bad turn at the worst possible time, with those surrounding him unable (or unwilling) to provide much solace in his darkest hours. Jean-Pol Dubois, Marc Rioufol also star. 108 min. Widescreen; Soundtrack: French; Subtitles: English; theatrical trailers. In French with English subtitles.
