A spoiled Southern California Chihuahua named Chloe (voiced by Drew Barrymore) is left in Rachael's (Piper Perabo) care after her wealthy aunt (Jamie Lee Curtis) leaves on a business trip. Chloe is kidnapped and almost recruited as a pit fighter, but a heroic ex-police dog (voiced by Andy Garcia) comes to her rescue and tries to help her find her way back home.
