Jennifer Aniston and Gerard Butler sizzle in this fast-paced blend of action and romantic comedy. Butler plays Milo Boyd, a bounty hunter tapped to track down ex-wife Nicole Hurley (Aniston), a reporter who missed a traffic court date to follow a lead on a murder story. But the job of bringing her in proves tougher than Boyd thought as the duo must contend with killers, thugs out to collect a gambling debt, and (of course) the still-burning flames of their mutual attraction.
