Mickey's (William Janney) fear of thunderstorms could end his dream of being a pilot like his half-brother Jerry (Lloyd Hughes), who was declared killed in action in World War I. But when Mickey gets involved with a girl whose brother is part of an oil-smuggling ring, he'll not only get his chance to fly, he teams up with a G-man with a striking resemblance to Jerry.
