After a fateful mission two years ago that left eight Special Forces soldiers dead, newly promoted Naval Investigator Abbey Vaughn (Allison Gregory) makes it her personal mission to find the man responsible: the infamous drug lord Reynaldo Benitez. When her investigation brings in former ELITE team leader Lt. Sam Harrigan (Jason Scarbrough), she reluctantly partners with him in order to bring the savage cartel leader to justice. However, through the course of their military investigation, they begin to unravel a secret about Reynaldo Benitez that could lead them to an even bigger threat inside the CIA, FBI and the United States Senate. With time running out, they must find the elusive Benitez and unmask his true identity before he disappears forever.
