Felicity Merriman, a high-spirited 10-year-old living in Revolutionary War Virginia, is the title heroine of this latest installment of the "American Girl" film series. Dissatisfied with the life of a "good little girl" who stays indoors stitching, Felicity (Shailene Woodley) instead dreams of an outdoor life on horseback.
