In the South Bronx's 41st Precinct--dubbed "Fort Apache"--Officers Murphy (Newman) and Corelli (Ken Wahl) are honest, dedicated cops who struggle with the corruption that surrounds them, particularly after they witness a fellow officer killing an innocent street kid. Ed Asner, Danny Aiello, Rachel Ticotin, Pam Grier also star. 120 min. Widescreen; Soundtrack: English Dolby Digital mono; Subtitles: English, French, Spanish; biographies.
