After Hitler's forces march into their homeland, a quartet of Czech brothers find themselves bitterly divided in their responses: Chris Bern (Don Ameche) aligns himself with freedom fighters; Karl (Alan Curtis) fervently embraces Nazism; Fritz (George Ernest) is conscripted, only to face his fate in Poland; and Joseph (Robert Lowery) opts for a new life in America. Updating of the 1928 John Ford silent co-stars Eugenie Leontovich, Mary Beth Hughes. 88 min. Standard; Soundtrack: English Dolby Digital mono; theatrical trailer.
