When mail rider Gene Autry is ambushed by owlhoots and left to die in the desert, he is saved thanks to a wild stallion that he tames. Can Gene and his new equine pal win a big race and catch the baddies? "Comin' Round the Mountain" (1936) co-stars Ann Rutherford and Smiley Burnette.
