In this sequel to the 2003 anime, the story picks up with Bambi (Sho Sakurai) working for city government after Bussan's death. Touring a construction site, Bambi hears a mysterious disembodied voice that leads to his reunion with Ani and Master, and an ambitious project the voice encourages them to undertake.
