The timeless Chinese folk tale of "Mulan," a heroic young woman who takes drastic measures to save her family and county, is given an exciting animated treatment by the Disney studio. After her father is unable to answer a call to arms to battle the invading Huns, Mulan (voiced by Ming-Na) disguises herself as a man and enlists in the army. Other voices include Eddie Murphy, B.D Wong, Lea Salonga, and Donny Osmond. Ordered to escort the Emperor of China's daughters to their arranged weddings, Mulan and Shang must deal with a powerful Mongolian Army, as well as the mischievous machinations of dragon Mushu, who tries to stir up trouble between the couple in an effort to keep his status as Mulan's protector intact, in the sequel "Mulan II."
