Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen play (surprise!) twin high schoolers in this fast-paced comedy that finds the pair making their way across Manhattan in a madcap dash--studious Jane Ryan (Ashley) to deliver a speech that could win her an Oxford scholarship, would-be rocker Roxy (Mary-Kate) to get a demo tape to her favorite band at a video shoot.
