Now terminally ill, documentarian and Vietnam draft dodger Leonard Fife (Richard Gere) wanted the record straight on his life, and invited a film crew into his Montreal home for a confessional. His recollections of himself as a youth (Jacob Elordi) would stun even those closest in his circle. Gere reunited with "American Gigolo" director Paul Schrader for this take on Russell Banks' "Foregone"; Uma Thurman, Michael Imperioli, Victoria Hall, Penelope Mitchell, Kristine Froseth also star. 91 min. Widescreen; SOundtrack: English; audio commentary; featurette; deleted scene; theatrical trailer.
