First, the French documentary "Be Seeing You" (1968) chronicles textile workers' organized revolt against unfair wages and subpar living conditions. This film inspired workers to form a collaborative organization known as The Medvekin Group with co-director Chris Marker, with the film "Class of Struggle" (1969) their first production-relating the story of watch factory workers and one woman's articulations of their demands. 76 min. total.
