A change-of-pace sagebrusher for Tom Tyler, "Rip Roarin' Buckaroo" finds Tyler playing a fighter who becomes a ranch hand after losing a fixed match. The ring beckons him, however, when his boss gets involved with a crooked promoter and Tyler has to lace up the gloves again. With Beth Marion, Sammy Cohen. Next, a conniving frontier scout makes his living misdirecting California-bound settlers so their wagon trains can be attacked and robbed by his Native American allies. It's up to heroic fur trader Tyler to derail the villain's scheme─and help a pretty gal and her pa make it safely across the wilderness─in "The Forty-Niners." Betty Mack, Al Bridge also star. Standard; Soundtrack: English.
