Hoping to break an imprisoned hard-case thief (Jean Reno) into revealing the location of his multimillion-euro haul, the cops get the bright idea to room him with a knuckleheaded hold-up man (Gerard Depardieu) who's driven every cellmate crazy with his non-stop yammering.
