Congressional aide Matt Rutledge (Eric Stoltz) traveled to the Louisiana bayou country for some down time, and checked into the mansion B&B operated by Charlotte Bonnard (Judith Ivey) and her mentally fragile younger sister Lucy (Jennifer Jason Leigh). Gripping, sensual Southern Gothic, Bill Condon's directing bow, co-stars Dennis Lipscomb, Bobby Pickett. 91 min. Widescreen; Soundtrack: English; Subtitles: English (SDH); audio commentary; featurettes; deleted scenes; theatrical trailer.
