Originally conceived as a musical but reworked before its release, this upbeat comedy stars Joe E. Brown as Herbert "Jojo" Mullins, a clinic worker and would-be wrestler who's smitten with his boss (Winnie Lightner). He attempts to impress her with his skills in the ring but he winds up squaring off against a hulking opponent who believes Jojo is having an affair with his wife.
