Tired of the life's safety hazards, cute and canny hooker Toni (Nancy Suiter) came up with a solution for herself and her colleagues--start a cab company that would offer a ride to go along with the ride. It doesn't take long, though, for the legit taxi services to get resentful, and try to do something underhanded about it.
