Jim Carrey is at his lunatic best as Chip Douglas, a media-obsessed but socially clueless cable TV installer who will do just about anything to make friends. Hapless architect and customer Steven Kovacs (Matthew Broderick) becomes the focus of Chip’s affection, and when he tries to curtail their relationship, he comes to realize that his new pal's wiring isn't all there. Dark comedy directed by Ben Stiller co-stars Leslie Mann, George Segal, Janeane Garofalo, Charles Napier. 96 min. Widescreen; Soundtrack; English; audio commentary by Carrey, others; deleted scenes; extended scenes; gag reel; featurettes; bonus footage; music video; more.
