Shaken by a fatality during a location shoot in a remote Peruvian village, Hollywood stunt rider Kansas (Dennis Hopper) decides to chuck show business and make himself a new life with a local hooker (Stella Garcia). His idyll is short-lived, though, as he’s asked to intercede when the natives start primitively re-creating his ill-starred production.
