While out on their yacht, a group of friends finds a wounded man floating in the ocean and brings him aboard. But their new─and slightly manic─charge steers the ship into a group of rocks and wrecks it. Forced to swim to shore, the stranded pals wind up on a remote island, where they are soon "welcomed" by a terrifying band of bizarre creatures with a taste for human flesh.
