Winning ensemble drama details the lives of a group of residents of Orange County, California. After bonding with troubled teen Ryan Atwood (Benjamin McKenzie), idealistic public defender Sandy Cohen (Peter Gallagher) decides to take in the youth--much to the bemusement of his wife Kirsten (Kelly Rowan) and adolescent son Seth (Adam Brody).
