While on assignment in post-colonial Northern Africa, burned-out TV journalist David Locke (Jack Nicholson) comes across the corpse of a recent acquaintance--and makes the audacious choice of assuming his identity. Unfortunately, the dead man was a gunrunner embroiled in the regional civil war--and Locke now finds himself with more than a few deadly enemies. Michelangelo Antonioni’s stunning, mysterious masterwork co-stars Maria Schneider, Ian Hendry, Jenny Runacre, Steven Berkoff. 126 min. Widescreen (Enhanced); Soundtrack: English DTS HD mono Master Audio; audio commentary; theatrical trailer.
