The Ring (2002)
The hit shocker that scared audiences--and video store owners--across America, this edgy remake of Japan’s "Ringu" stars Naomi Watts as Rachel Keller, a Seattle reporter and single mother whose niece dies and leaves behind a mysterious videotape. Keller discovers that the video’s viewers all meet death seven days after watching it, and she and her young son may be next on the list! Martin Henderson, David Dorfman, and Brian Cox also star. 115 min. C/Rtg: PG-13
The Ring Two (2005)
Relocating to a small Oregon town shortly after the events in "The Ring," reporter Rachel Keller (Naomi Watts) and her young son try to rebuild their lives, until a rash of teen homicides convinces her that the vengeful ghost Samara and her evil videotape are back. But when a local physician (Elizabeth Perkins) doubts her claims, Keller must fight to keep custody of her boy, as well as stop the spirit’s reign of terror. Fright-packed sequel co-stars Simon Baker, Gary Cole, Sissy Spacek. 128 min. C/Rtg: NR

Third entry in the horror series also stars Johnny Galecki, Vincent D’Onofrio. 117 min. C/Rtg: PG-13
