Summoned to his upstate New York hometown, Ambrose is asked to help investigate the matter of a 13-year-old boy (Elisha Henig) who admitted to poisoning his Niagara Falls-bound parents...and finds disturbing truths about both the youngster and the local authorities. The investigation, though, revealed something unhealthy about the old schoolmates’ bond...and that Burns was sizing Harry up as a replacement. It wasn't to be, as he witnessed the coastal suicide leap of the fragile Percy Muldoon (Alice Kremelberg)...and as her prominent family asked him to look into the matter, he finds a blood vendetta with a rival trawling clan.
