Euro western fave Tony Anthony plays a mysterious gunfighter (reminiscent of Clint Eastwood's "A Fistful of Dollars" anti-hero) in these frontier dramas. First, "A Stranger in Town" (1967) finds Anthony out for revenge after the Mexican bandits he robbed a U.S. Cavalry gold shipment with double-cross him. Frank Wolff, Gia Sandri also star. AKA: "A Dollar Between the Teeth." Next, "The Stranger Returns" (1967) to take on another outlaw gang with their eyes on a stagecoach supposedly carrying a fortune in gold...but there's a twist that even the Stranger didn't expect. With Daniele Vargas, Marco Guglielmi. AKA: "Shoot First, Laugh Last." Finally, "The Silent Stranger" (1968) finds the nomadic pistolero in sudden possession of a priceless Japanese scroll...and hunted by warriors looking to get it back. Lloyd Battista, Kin Omae also star. AKA: "Horseman and the Samurai." 4 1/2 hrs. total on two discs. Widescreen (Enhanced); Soundtrack: English (dubbed) Dolby Digital mono. Dubbed in English.
