Terror Among Us (1981)

After his parole, serial rapist Delbert Ramsey (Ted Shackleford) kept getting busted on trespassing charges--and arresting detective Tom Stockwell (Don Meredith) was at odds with Ramsey's parole officer Connie Paxton (Jennifer Salt).
