Harold Lloyd's first foray into sound pictures (though initially filmed as a silent before being mostly re-shot) is a wacky fish-out-of-water crime comedy. The son of San Francisco's late police chief, mild-mannered botany student Harold Bledsoe (Lloyd) may somehow be the only one who can capture the Dragon (Charles Middleton), a dangerous drug lord wreaking havoc in Chinatown. Barbara Kent, Noah Young, Will Walling also star. 113 min. Standard; Soundtrack: English.
