The call letters might sound patriotic, but New Orleans-based radio station WUSA is renowned as a right-wing bastion of hate speech. Enter tired, jaded disc jockey Paul Newman, who battles a weakness for drink while spreading the station's nasty gospel, only to be challenged for his cynical profiteering and moral hypocrisies by working girl Joanne Woodward and social worker Anthony Perkins. Based on the novel "A Hall of Mirrors" by Robert Stone; Laurence Harvey, Cloris Leachman co-star. 115 min. Widescreen; Soundtrack: English.
